This is quite easy to acheive... i bought 2x24" screens fullhd, and connected both to my gfx card, installed xp and ati ccc right click the screen nr 2 and select stretch desktop 1 onto digital panel. and voila u have 2 screens with a combined res of 3840x1080, the only thing that is crap is that ur corsair is right in the middle of the screens so aiming is close to impossible on fps games, although its a huge experience in driving games :D

hello there. im getting a dell studio pretty soon, and my radeon has the vga and some other port too. its wider then the vga and its whiet. i hope you know what im talking about but anyway. i like playing games like bf2142 and star wars empire strikes back. etc, And i have two monitors. a 20 inch not wide scrn and a 20 inch wide screen. Is there a way, for example, when im playing ingame battelfied 2142, i could have the radar on the un wide scrn and the gameplay on the widescreen? please rply

No there isn't (unless you write your own software)
You can stretch an image over 2 screens or you can write your own SDK applet to fake the other monitor as an LCD display. Then set it up to show information but to program the radar is near impossible without experience in game programming.

This is FAIL. You either use 1 or 3 monitors, or else you get the crosshair in the middle of the two screens... like this dude. Just doesn't work.

tienes que darle para tres monitores aunque solo tengas dos, esto es para que tengas la mira en una pantalla porque asi como lo tienes no pifa el juego ya que no puedes tener bien la mira ya que esta justo en medio de los dos monitores. saludos

You need to have the same monitor on both sides or at least the same resolution so you can use the Extended Desktop function over Display Properties, then all pretty much is configure the COD settings to match that resolution, but as a piece of advice, its a really shitty config since you cannot see the crosshair. :P

I have extended my desktop trough Windows 7 Screen resolution settings, but how do I configure COD settings, I cant get more than 1920x1200.

Go to the NVIDIA control panel, then to Display/ Setup Multiple Displays, there you need to select your display mode as "As one large horizontal desktop"
Then you can have a bigger resolution when you configure COD, i know this for nvidia, dunno abt ati but it should have an option as well to config multiple displays
